Process

- 01SurveyEngine or process data. If needed, we travel to measure on site.
- 02EngineeringDesigned in SolidWorks: we pick core and fan, and send you the 3D model to sign off.
- 03SimulationThermal simulation (HTRI) before the first sheet is cut.
- 04ManufacturingCNC laser cutting, sheet metal, welding, assembly and two-coat paint. All in-house.
- 05TestingEvery unit is tested at 10 bar in a water tank, with a video of each test.
- 06CommissioningThe unit, running where it works. A 20 to 30 page data book on request.
